Accomplish the FORM COMPLETELY and at the MESSAGE BOX - FILL-UP with the following information format: (Please ensure that these informations are completely and properly accomplished before sending it to us)

• Contact Number - for confirmation

• Complete Product Name or Description and Quantity

• Mode of Payment Preferred

• Birthday (optional) - so we may inform you other charms you may wish to include in your order for good luck.

3. MODES OF PAYMENT - Currently, we accept payments thru Western Union Money Transfer or thru our Banco De Oro Bank Account. Inform us which of the two modes of payment you prefer.

4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS - will be shouldered by the Customer, to be added to the Product Price. Shipping and Handling Costs basically depend on where to deliver the item, as well as, the weight of the item. If wondering on the shipping cost, please e-mail us, and we'll give you the estimated Shipping and Handling Costs.

5. You will receive a reply confirming your order and the exact amount to place for your Money Transfer or Bank Deposit payment, that will include the Shipping and Handling Costs depending on the area of destination.

6. Once you receive the confirmation by e-mail from us, you will then receive instructions on how to place the Money Transfer / Bank Deposit. Furthermore, you will be informed of the Estimated Time of Arrival of your shipment. We ship once we receive your payment.

7. LOCAL SHIPPING METHODS - For your convenience, we offer express delivery to address within the Philippines. All merchandise is shipped via LBC or AIR21. We do not offer Sunday delivery.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Currently, we offer international shipping within any country in the world. All merchandise is shipped via FedEx.

9. PROCESSING TIME - We will make every effort to process orders within 48 hours from which they are received pending availability and payment verification. In the event of a delay we will notify you by e-mail.

10. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - We hope you love every item you purchase with us, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you MAY NOT exchange NOR return it to us.
